What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned about the world, the act of traveling, different parts of America, my own home, people and how they function, but most importantly, I learned a lot about myself. It was definitely worthwhile

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | Study abroad is as cheap or as expensive as you choose to make it. I could've saved a lot more money by simply staying in my host country, but I used the time to explore as many other places as I could. To save money, invest where you are and revel in the culture you've committed to. |

The Avid AdventurerThe wardrobe you packed was better suited for a semester of camping than club hopping. Outdoorsy, you might forgo a crazy night out for an early all-day adventure. You'd rather take in the rich culture of an old town than the metropolis of a modern city, but for you getting off the grid is ideal. |
