If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? |
Yes
I would definitely choose the same program again. It was a perfect combination of time spent inside the classroom and time spent outside of it. As a psychology major I was exposed to a completely different field that I came to appreciate. My favorite part of the whole semester abroad was spending two whole weeks learning about the production of Olive Oil and Wine, where as a result we got to stay in a beautiful organic farm for a whole week, visited vineyards in Tuscany and Umbria, and olive tree orchards in Campania. Overall, the Food and Culture program at GustoLab was definitely a great immersion to the Italian food culture. |
