About
Join a team of international volunteers and gain experience in the classroom as a teaching volunteer, assisting students and local schools in the Ghanaian community to meet their educational objectives.
Description:
From helping to improve the school environment, assisting in the training of local teachers, to organising classes, educational games and activities with the students, there is always plenty of valuable work to be done across GVI’s many local partner schools. So as a participant you’ll work with GVI’s skilled field team to identify areas where you can be particularly effective and where your help is needed the most at that time by the local community. Weekends are yours to enjoy the many local beaches and restaurants, the tropical surroundings, to take in the sites, or simply relax at base with your fellow volunteers.
