Review Your Program
* Overall educational experience
Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc. |
|
* Host Country Program Administration
On-site administration of your program |
Email responses were unprofessional, information was late (told students that if they arrived before a certain date, they wouldn't be allowed to move in early, except they sent this email 2 weeks before the program began), and just generally unorganized. They made students pay to be picked up from the airport, except the bus driver from Hanyang University didn't know where to go. In addition, they made an error on a document needed for the alien registration card. When I went to ask for help, no one in the administration spoke English. Although I knew how to speak enough Korean, I don't know how other students in my situation who don't know Korean could've explained it. |
