Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

workload is fair, some classes more than others grading system is weighted different than UCs teaching methods focus on smaller class sizes so it is very personal

very happy

make your own food, eat out in the city, eat your friends food, eat on campus - everything is good and reasonably priced

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

everything about my abroad experience was memorable but especially all of the Jewish and national holidays

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

* Safety:

when you walk to the Old City, walk with your head up high and don't let Jerusalem's Arabs intimidate you

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

meet Israelis or get an Israeli boyfriend or girlfriend. I practiced with family and study partners. Almost everyone speaks English though.
