The administration was really hard to get a hold of before, during, and after the program. We were suppose to have a final check out before we left, but they did not have an option for students leaving during Shabbat. The Housing department also ignored our complaints about the state of our rooms and bathrooms. |

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
After many of us had already paid in full we were notified that the dorms that had been advertised, The Student Village, to us were full and we'd be living in other dorms, Reznik. Reznik dorms were filthy and had no A/C and a barely functional kitchen. The fridge in my room was too filthy to use. The cleaning lady who was suppose to clean the bathrooms never did her job, instead she would bring her kids in with her at 6 am and the kids would run around the dorm screaming. Because of this the bathrooms were too disgusting to use. We all had to buy our own toilet paper because the cleaning lady left the toilet paper in water somewhere so it was all brown and disgusting. We also didn't have easy access to a laundry room. There was a laundry room but it was very far from us and costed 16 shekels a load. That being said the campus itself is beautiful, with amazing views and a bar. The students who lived in the Student Village had a great experience. It was really easy to meet and connect with people on campus. |
