What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned about interacting with others and I've become more outgoing. I was able to reflect on what I've learned at Brandeis, but in a "real world" context.

I loved being in Israel and Jerusalem in particular. The classes were interesting, and the people were kind and welcoming. The only thing I'd change is to not do an additional fellowship (i.e. Nachshon).
