What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned how to be independent and had to go out of my comfort zone in many situations. You learn how to make friends easily when you are in a place where no one knows each other.

A Look Back

* What did you like most about the program?
  • I loved my Spanish Class
  • I loved how close the students were in the program.
* What could be improved?
  • Many of the classes required group projects. However, some home institutions were only pass or fail while the grades of other schools counted in ones GPA. Those students who were pass or fail would not put in much effort into group assignments since their grades did not matter.
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? To utilize as many resources as possible and to get to know your professors!
