i would go back only if I was only traveling.

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

The local teachers have no reasoning ability. The American teachers know how to hold an American classroom environment and the locals class room structure is very different than an American is used to .The attendance policies in the local teachers classes are very strict and hold no respect for the American students "they know everything" kind of mentality

They do not know the culture of the American and they hold that against you. They were not reasonable at all with certain common situations.
