IES Abroad: Berlin - Study Abroad With IES Abroad
My experience abroad changed the course of my life entirely, no exaggeration. I feel like I have found more of a purpose in my life because of this trip and Berlin is an incredibly adequate place to do so.

|
How much did the program encourage you to use the language?

Berlin is a tough city to learn German because almost everyone speaks English. With my host parents however I was able to practice a lot. My German class was also excellent because we were only allowed to speak German. |

The Avid AdventurerThe wardrobe you packed was better suited for a semester of camping than club hopping. Outdoorsy, you might forgo a crazy night out for an early all-day adventure. You'd rather take in the rich culture of an old town than the metropolis of a modern city, but for you getting off the grid is ideal. |
