What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
My experience abroad was great and Buenos Aires is the coolest place to go. South America is very different than Europe but that is what makes it interesting. You can easily travel to Chile and hike or ski (in the summer). There are a lot of outdoor things to do. Buenos Aires is also a huge city with tons of city things to do as well. So in my opinion, it is the best of both worlds.

Buenos Aires really isn't danger as long as you are smart. Be careful for pick pockets but other than that you will be fine

  • the attendance policy is horrible especially in terms of travel
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? If I could have, I probably would have done a homestay for half the time and rented my own apartment for the other half.
