IES Abroad: Dublin Direct Enrollment - Trinity College Dublin
My experience abroad was definitely worthwhile. I learned so much about Irish culture and history and really enjoyed getting fully involved in the Trinity College community through joining the ultimate frisbee team. I was able to take classes with local and other international students and travel with them all over Ireland. The classes were very challenging and focused on self research and accountability. That really helped me actually focus and learn the material.

I got sick and needed to see a doctor on the weekend, the office was able to help me easily through text message and provide me with a location that could get an appointment with online. |

Keep your belongings safe when walking, don't just stay glued to your phone, and don't walk home alone late! Someone in my group got their wallet stolen. |
| If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? |
Yes
I did a lot of research into my study abroad opportunities in Ireland and I am glad I choose IES and Trinity college because they staff was great and education was tough. |

It can be expensive, especially at the very beginning when you need to get the basics. |

| Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | Lidl is fantastic and cheap for getting food! Get your food the day of with a plan because everything goes bad quicker due to less preservatives. |
