Better German skills, met and became friends with people from all over the USA, took courses I would have not take in my home institution.

| Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | Go to Mensa near the IES building. Very cheap, but good quaility food. All German students eat there. Recycle your plastic bottles for discounts in grocery stores. |
