What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I gained knowledge of another culture that is similar in some ways but also very different in ways that can only be experienced in person. My time in London was certainly worthwhile.

Eating out was very expensive. It was much cheaper to buy groceries and cook food in the kitchen.

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Cook pasta and other things. Don't eat out more than 3 times a week.
