What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
yes yes yes. Studying abroad is an incredible opportunity that should not be overlooked. I gained so much more confidence and self compassion for myself, I made some wonderful friends, and I got to travel to three different countries. I returned as a much more self assured and genuinely happy individual.

Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

I really enjoyed my courses and my profe's. The course load was not strenuous whatsoever, but some assignments required more time and detail. I appreciated having a lighter load after two intense semesters at my school in the US, but I do wish we had some more in depth class discussions.

I really liked living in the Emilia Bazan residency. Such a great way to meet students from different uni's and having a dining hall was a big help. The Nearly Native or Trail Blazer
Craving the most authentic experience possible, perhaps you lived with a host family or really got in good with the locals. You may have felt confined by your program requirements and group excursions. Instead, you'd have preferred to plan your own trips, even skipping class to conduct your own 'field work.'
