What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
Absolutely! I gained worldwide understanding of the cultures and people. I do plan on going to live abroad a few years but probably not forever.

I loved the program and the people. It was an experience I will never forget.

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

I loved my apartment. It was very spacious and My room was very big in comparison to a lot of the apartments. It was a little cold in the winter but nice.

* Food:

I went grocery shopping daily.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

It was encouraged but I wished there were more school sponsored trips.

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

* Safety:

You had to have a cell phone and you had to take care of yourself. No one was going to baby you.
