Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

The workload was difficult, but manageable. Definitely not a blow-off.

Everything was a little disorganized but still worthwhile.

Amazing family. Everything was perfect.

The food is kind of bland but Santiago has plenty of options.

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

I went to Atacama, the desert in the North. It was an unforgettable experience.

Relatively safe, though watch your belongings on the metro.

I practiced the language as much as possible, in class, with friends, and with my host family. Everyone spoke Spanish and this helped me learn the language so well.
