How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
The housing was terrible. Our apartment had stains, cracks and leaks. It was infested with cockroaches. When I expressed my concerns to IES, they didn't do much to help. I went as far as contacting the headquarters and they were unhelpful. It was really disappointing because housing is a large part of why going through a program is helpful rather than enrolling directly. |

No
I regret going through IES. They placed me in terrible housing and did not provide much support or guidance throughout the experience. It was not good value for the money at all. Even while I was in Sydney, I wished I could have switched programs. |
