Our apartment was in a great location and was set-up very well! It worked out splendidly for the 6 girls that lived in it!

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

I did not need any healthcare, but they did go over our options during orientation.

I felt very safe and all of the study abroad students were given cell phones that would work in Austria so that we could contact the IES staff or emergency personnel at any time.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Reasons For Studying Abroad

To help future students find programs attended by like-minded individuals, please choose the profile that most closely represents you.
The Avid Adventurer
The wardrobe you packed was better suited for a semester of camping than club hopping. Outdoorsy, you might forgo a crazy night out for an early all-day adventure. You'd rather take in the rich culture of an old town than the metropolis of a modern city, but for you getting off the grid is ideal.

Comments: I loved this class! I thought our discussions were very thought-provoking and it was able to give a me a new perspective on some things! It could be challenging at times, but it really got me thinking outside of the box. Our field trips were fun! For instance, we went to the Sigmund Freud Museum! We had one final test and one final paper at the end of our program!
