IES Abroad: Vienna - Study Abroad With IES Abroad
What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I had an amazing time while studying with the IES program in Vienna, Austria. I chose to study in Vienna because I am a psychology major and I wanted to be able to learn psychology in its' birthplace. I was nervous about leaving because I had never done anything like studying abroad before, but from the minute I arrived in Vienna, IES was so welcoming. IES does an amazing job of working directly with the students to make sure that everything goes smoothly throughout the semester. Everyone on the staff is amazing and so fun! I loved being able to go to the reception and ask for recommendations on where to eat, shop or places to see, and they were always full of ideas. Vienna was an amazing city because it is so full of history and a beautiful city to live in for four months. I had an incredible time and would recommend this program to anyone who loves traveling and wants to have a good semester abroad.
