I'm fluent now, I gained a lot of new friends and an amazing host mom. Definitely worthwhile.

| Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | Buy grocery store food and make it at home and bring a water bottle to fill up at home and take to school. I recommend a Bobble. |

| Do you have any tips/advice on the best ways to practice the language for future study abroad participants? | Talk to your friends in Spanish! It's awkward at first but helps so much. And make friends who are native to the country - it helps with the colloquial aspects of the language and it's fun! |
