The land of cream teas and sausage rolls Past Review

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned a lot about myself in crisis situations and how I handle problems. I learned to go with the flow because it all works out in the end as well. There really is nothing to be afraid of. It was entirely worthwhile for the people I met, the places I saw and the adventures I had. I now I know that there are so many more adventures out there.

Loved living on campus without a commute! Also lived with mostly English students and they became my best friends so I experienced everything from their perspective!

Nandos is awesome but you don't really come to England for the food. If that's what you want try Italy or France

Living with theenglush students made this possible.

No issues so n/a

* Safety:

Evenn though it's not the nicest of neighborhoods, I never felt threatened

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

It was easily possible to live on $100 a week but the traveling quickly adds up And the conversion rates killed me
