I feel much more capable of handling life as an adult, as we were kind of placed in the middle of one of the world's largest cities on our own.

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc. |
I loved the academics and professors. I would have also added a contemporary Britain class that incorporated field trips. Without exception, all of my friends who went on other programs in England or elsewhere, had a class that taught them about the place in which they studied and that subsidized field trips, trips to shows, and even guided academic trips to other countries. |

I loved the centrality of the location and its convenience, but disliked the street on which we lived. |

They kind of left us to our own devices, with the exception of health cards. However, I never felt unsafe. |

A Look Back
| * What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? | An independent student who is able to find their own social experience. The program is not conducive to meeting other college kids, so be prepared to make your own friends. DEFINITELY HANG OUT ON LSE CAMPUS! It's really cool Traveling is fun, but exhausting and there is so much to do in London and the program is very short. I would say travel no more than every other weekend. I would also NOT recommend doing an internship. I loved all of my classes, more-so than I ever have at Tulane, and had free time to explore the city. |
