What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
3- From my experience abroad I learned to be confident in myself. I think this simple fact made the trip worthwhile. I was able to face new challenges and adventures everyday which gave me more confidence in my own abilities. I was able to use what I have learned in the past to help me in each situation.

I ended up spending less money than I was intending to, but some spent more. It really depends on you and what restaurants you choose to eat and what you choose to get at each. I shared some meals with others and that made expenses go down!

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? I spent about 150-200 or so in each country
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Save as you earn and budget out how much you want to spend each day or the max you want to spend on each meal.

The Networker
