International Volunteer HQ (IVHQ): Volunteer in Portugal

IVHQ has a wide range of volunteer abroad projects available in Portugal, including Construction and Renovation, Environmental Scuba Diving, Food Rescue Project, Wolf Conservation and Youth Support.

The IVHQ Portugal Program is located in Lisbon, the capital and largest city in Portugal. Volunteer placements are located throughout the wider city area of Lisbon. Environmental Scuba Diving volunteers will be based in Albufeira and Wolf Conservation volunteers will be based in Mafra. Volunteers travel to their placements from the volunteer accommodation via public transport or by foot.

The program begins on the first and third Monday of every month. Volunteers can choose to volunteer for periods ranging from 1 week to 12 weeks.
