The apartments we stayed in were nicely furnished and accessible to the university as well as Cape Town itself. |

There are quite a number of Americans who come to Cape Town to study abroad, so it was hard to get past the stigmatism brought on by most locals. |

How well were health issues addressed during the program? |

I felt safe for the majority of time I was in Cape Town. Interstudy as a program made sure that every student was equipped with instructions on how to act in case of any emergencies, and kept us all well-informed. |

Most of the issues with the budget came from transportation costs into the city, as the public transportation system was not always secure. |
