* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? Go with a positive attitude. Know that not everything will be the way you will expect it. Prepare to experience a harder yet healthier way of living. try not to be as spoiled as we usually are in America. You WILL experience some hatred in some countries against Americans but dont make a big deal about it, you will understand why when you come back from your experience.
