What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned so much about myself, and human nature in general. I know that I will be more competitive in a globalized world because of my experience abroad.

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

The workload was the perfect amount and the grading system was very fair. There was anice balace between learning and having fun.

The staff in Granada were fantasitic. I have no suggestions for improvement. The were attentive and helpful with everything.

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

The trip to Ronda and the Abjurras were both amazing and I loved field trip to see the dancers.

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

I felt very safe at all times in my city and homestay. I never had an experience with the healthcare system, but my friends that did said that the program was very helpful.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? I spent a fiar amount of money, but I traveled a lot and went out a lot as well.
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? I spent a lot of money on traveling. I didn't realize at first how much more it cost to travel than living in my host city. In my host city all expenses were included, while traveling, I had to pay for all food expenses.

I spoke spanish with my homestay family everyday. I also spoke spanish with my language professor and in everyday life but I sis speak English with my roommate and most American friends.
