How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

I did not like my host family. It was just an elderly lady and she did not like that I coulnd't speak spanish well. I wish I would have had a family unit (younger mom with kids, for example). Also, she was on the opposite side of town as the other host familes. Only one other student lived on my side of town, it was isolating.

* Safety:

I was sick and wanted to see a doctor. The American lead for ISA came with me to the hospital, waited for me, and translated for me. I was very impressed.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? Try to make forgein friends and not only hang out with American friends. This is one of the only ways to truly immerse yourself.
