The courses were not too hard, but since it was a study abroad experience I didn't mind the lighter load. |

I did feel that my on site directors really cared about the students and when issues arose I felt comfortable talking to them. |

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
My host mom was not very kind, she was kind of rude and moody, but my host dad was really sweet. |

My host mom did not understand what a vegetarien was....she tried to give me veal! And when I told he I didn't eat cow she said, "But it's a baby cow?" |

How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
I didn't make too many friends with the other american students...I was there to learn not get drunk every night, so we didn't really have much in common. But I did meet a few nice people. |

I spoke with my host family and at school it helped a lot! By the end of 4 months I was fluent and now I teach French in the States! |
