I may have had many up and downs, but I did have the pleasure of meeting great people, and experiencing a culture that is typically known for being the complete opposite of my own. |

| Do you have any tips/advice on the best ways to practice the language for future study abroad participants? | For me, where I was, the people didn't speak English very well, so I was forced to learn a lot of beginner level Korean. I also took a course over Korean while I was there, I would recommend studying some of the language before leaving, and never assume people will know your language. |
