Yes, it was. I feel much more understanding of different ways the world can work. I've seen and met people with different concerns than myself, and I think that was good for me.

I liked the way classes were run, and I liked my teachers. Sometimes things would drag on, and I actually would have liked a little more work, but overall it was good. |

I really enjoyed the program and the staff were all friendly. I was disappointed when trips fell through, and I would have liked a weekly e-mail of things happening to get involved in, but besides that, it was good. |

My only complaints were with those cooking, not the food itself. Although, I did have a hard time finding a good tomato. |

How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
I loved climbing the Tor and going to sports matches. A QPR game and rugby match the first week were great. |

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost) |

| Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | The one thing to remember is the fee for getting a flat. So even though I had the money, it could have been an issue having to pay rent 3 times in the first week. It was a little surprising to me. |
