This program was incredible! The program is a perfect hybrid of learning how to teach English and using the skills learned to teach in the classroom. Coming into this program I knew nothing about teaching English, so early on I felt awkward leading discussion groups. The excellent professors were always there to jump in to help the students if they were stuck without completely taking over a group. The professors promoted growth among the students in the program so that by the end of the course, less and less intervention was needed. I highly recommend this program to anyone interested in learning how to teach English because of the unique opportunity to gain experience in the classroom. |
