Review Your Program
* Overall educational experience
Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc. |
JCU was a good university to attend for a summer session. They were able to have a lot of information in a short amount of time. I would probably not recommend it for a whole semester since some of the administrative aspects of the school are a little lacking. Good location in Rome. |
* Host Country Program Administration
On-site administration of your program |
Living in italy is not the simplest thing to do. Basic city functions are convoluted and complicated. But it adds to the fun and exciting atmosphere that since its so chaotic you have no choice but to let go and relax. |
* Housing:
How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
The housing was nice but really far away from the school. |
* Food: |
The food plan is just getting coupons to local restaurants so i liked it. |
* Social & Cultural Integration:
How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
There are great social hang outs super close to the school and you always felt safe going to them |
* Health Care:
How well were health issues addressed during the program? |
|
* Safety: |
There was a whole two day orientation that went over safety that was thorough. |
If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? |
Yes
|
Finances
* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?
(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost) |
