A Great Experience in Würzburg Past Review
By JosieKate Cooley (The University of Texas at Austin) - abroad from 09/01/2017 to 12/20/2017 with
Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg: Wurzburg - Direct Enrollment & Exchange
What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned how important it is for me to be surrounded by people I care about. I also learned that I can manage without these people. I got better at German, and I got experience interning at a smallish international company, which was invaluable. Overall it was worthwhile, and I'm glad I had those experiences.

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? | The most difficult period of adjustment is the first few days / weeks. Almost everything in Germany is closed on Sunday.
