What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I gained an experience that I will never forget along with making friendships that will last a lifetime. I learned a lot of Japanese and a lot of Japanese culture as well.

KCP was setup very well and I believe I got the most I could possibly get out of a study abroad experience through KCP. The school also hade support for any sort of reason ready and easy to get access to.

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Tokyo is a bit expensive, but if you go to the right places you can stay cheap.

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? 150$
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Work as much as you can before you study abroad and also have money saving strategies or a money saving plan. Also apply for as many scholarships as you can.
