Review Your Program
* Overall educational experience
Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc. |
It was a great experience. I learned a lot inside and outside the classroom. |
* Host Country Program Administration
On-site administration of your program |
The program was very helpful and reached out to any students needing help. The program went above and beyond expectations. They held events for all international students throughout the course, which made it a great experience and easy to meet people. |
* Housing:
How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
My family was great, but the location was a little far away from campus. If you go a full year you can get into the dorms, otherwise I would suggest looking into getting a flat with other students close to campus. |
* Food: |
Learn to cook |
* Social & Cultural Integration:
How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
One of my classes took us on four field trips. This was a great way to explore the UK. I would highly recomend taking the British Life and Culture class. |
* Health Care:
How well were health issues addressed during the program? |
|
* Safety: |
Kingston was a very safe town. The school had health services, but I never need to use them. |
If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? |
Yes
|
Finances
* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?
(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost) |

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? | I highly recommend studying in the UK. You get to meet people from all over the world. A lot of my friends that studied in non English speaking countries only made friends with other Americans |
