What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I grew into myself while I was abroad. I learned how to be more social and not to hold back on a lot of things I wanted to do. This trip was completely worth while and provided me with so many adventures and memories.

Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

Did not enjoy the required class because the teacher did not work well with me even though I had gone in multiple times for final paper.

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

Enjoyed all but one!

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

Great location and made great friends though my room was right over a kebab shop and my room was always too hot and sometimes smelled.

* Food:

Enjoyed the food though I wish I ate out more.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

Was provided with heath insurance but when we went in, they wouldn't take us because our cards haven't come in yet.

* Safety:

Lived across from a police station.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

I knew coming into the program that I didn't have a lot of money to spend, but I still was able to do a lot of activities; just had to always be thinking of what I had.

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? roughly 60 pounds
