The work load was very reasonable and amount of effort you put in is what you get back in return. If you aren't open minded or willing to think critically you won't be interested but if listen to new ideas it will really enhance your personal thoughts. |

The size was the program was a perfect size. Not to many people to travel with but just enough to have a variety of opinions. |
