There's an apartment over the school where you can meet other students from all over the world. Or you can stay with a family which is fantastic and you're guaranteed to eat well!

* Food:

There's nothing better than Sicilian food

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

It's a small city and people are always out and about. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and rarely knew English so it was a great immersion experience.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

The teachers and secretary were always available 24/7

* Safety:

The school is right on the water with a lovely boardwalk. People were out and about till late at night and I never felt unsafe going anywhere.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Sicily is very affordable especially for eating out.
