Unforgettable Experience January 03, 2022

By (Wellesley College) - abroad from 09/08/2021 to 12/03/2021 with

Lady Margaret Hall, University of Oxford - Visiting Students Program

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I greatly expanded my knowledge of the subject I studied through the rich one-on-one discussions with tutors. I was able to make use of the wide range of resources at Oxford to do in-depth research. The work I did each week was challenging but rewarding. I not only improved my reading and writing, but also my social and communication skills. By interacting with local students, faculty, and others, I was able to gain a deeper understanding of the culture and lifestyle at Oxford.
