Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

Living in London was expensive but I felt like the program was worth it because of academic and career achievements that you can make by being a part of world-class institution. The academic intensity was average throughout the year; however, by April I can guarantee that the intensity increases by a lot due to exams that cover a year long material. Also, the large size lectures can be quite hard to get used to if you are coming from a small liberal arts education that had class size of twenty people or so. All in all I met some of the smartest and most driven people through this program and matured as a person.

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

* Food:

You will really have to learn how to cook in London.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

London is very international and because I was an international student, I fitted in pretty well

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

Never had to visit a hospital but NHS covers a lot so as long as you sign up for it the first thing when you start your program, it will cover most of sicknesses.

* Safety:

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? I spent about 150 pounds every week.
