Lorenzo de' Medici – Florence

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
Of course. I will never forget it. I was very homesick the first two weeks, considering leaving. I am sooo glad I didn't. Italy was the best experience of my life.

Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

I loved my classes that had to do with my major. I really struggled with Italian class though.

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

Everything was wonderful. The only suggestion I have is to provide a map of Florence. I got lost frequently my first 2 weeks.

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

I bought my own food. Figured out the best restaurants and grocery stores. I cooked often and became very skilled at cooking.

My favorite excursion was Rome. It was a lot of fun. Chiara brought us out to a delicious dinner and showed us the city.

* Safety:

Chiara was very helpful with all issues.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes
