All the school led trips were fantastic, especially with my favorite tour guide, Luca.

Il Gato e La Volpe is one of the best restaurants in Florence for quality, price, and service. Right near Aqua al 2.

Florence is one of the safest cities I've ever been in, I was never once fearful for my safety.

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? I spent money way quicker than I expected. Euros can feel like monopoly money at times. Keep your spending in check by actually thinking about where you're spending your money. Restaurants can get very expensive if you eat out regularly. But overall, don't worry too much. This is a once in a lifetime chance.
