Italy Expands Artistic and Cultural Knowledge of Curious Young Women Past Review
By Adrienne B (Music Therapy, Illinois State University) for
Lorenzo de' Medici – Florence
Yes, studying art history and cooking were the best class choices I could have made for Italy. Being there experiencing everything I was learning in class was a wonderful immersion and expansion of cultural knowledge that I will always carry with me.

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | Italy is very expensive! I would plan throughout the month what souveniers you want to buy and wait until the end to get what you really have money for. I think taking trips to other cities and countries is the best use of your money. Cook whenever possible, or share cooking with your friends, because eating out while in the city adds up very quickly! |
Language
How would you rate your language skills at the beginning of the program? | None |
Direct Enrollment/Exchange
* Did you study abroad through an exchange program or did you directly enroll in the foreign university? | Direct Enrollment |

A Look Back
