What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
This experience was absolutely worthwhile. While some aspects- like housing and food- were a bit of a shock compared to what I may have expected, it was all part of the 'adventure' for me and I loved every minute of it. Becoming submersed in the New Zealand culture, and making countless new friends while experiencing a completely different academic system is something I'm SO glad I did, and I can't wait to go back and visit New Zealand again someday.
