I learned a lot of language in a short amount of time. I understand the Mexican culture a lot better. I also made life long friends. Overall, it was amazing.

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? It is really inexpensive if you dont shop for clothes and gifts. Food is provided by the family, so you really don't need that much money.
