I wish the school was at the main university so we could have interacted with more locals. besides that, i had to go on my own to interact with oaxaquenos. |

Yes
Great experience. I don't know about the other programs, but this was affordable and very different from the typical study abroad experience. |

oaxaca is one of the most affordable places in the world for a US citizen. |
Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? | i spent around $50-$70 a week on my own stuff/activities |
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | don't eat out often. save money for classes to build new skills or more beneficial things. i paid for the gym and dance classes. great investments. |
