I had a great time while in India. I learned a lot about being independent in a big city and in a school where students are encouraged to take initiative.

Amazing food everywhere. As for the program, we cooked for ourselves, though Vinita also helped us find a tiffin delivery service. LSR cafeteria has good options (also cheap!) |

Do you have any tips/advice on the best ways to practice the language for future study abroad participants? | We mostly spoke English, though we would use basic phrases on the streets from time to time. It would have been better to have a focus on speaking in the Hindi classroom, so that the students can build confidence in speaking. |
