Varies depending on the major, especially the year of the course. Fourth courses were somewhat challenging, first year courses were easy. |

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements? |
Lived in a homestay. I loved the family, but my commute was the biggest problem with the program. 40 minutes to get to the center of the city. 1 hour and 15 minutes to get to Getafe. |

Amazing, love the tapas social culture. |

How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
I lived with a home stay, therefore I was able to get to know some locals. |

How well were health issues addressed during the program? |
I got very sick and the Middlebury staff did everything in their power to make sure I was taking care of. Local healthcare system better than the states. |

Always felt safe. |

Food in Spain is cheap relative to US and other places in Europe. Plus I lived with a family so was not sending money on meals a lot. |
